Storefront Repair Studio is operated by Jon Sadow. Contact jdsadow@gmail.com. We currently welcome nonbinding inquiries; paid bookings are not open. The proposed service terms below will be confirmed in a project-specific written scope before work or payment. An inquiry does not reserve a slot, guarantee a delivery date, or authorize store access.
Scope and delivery
A sprint covers up to three specifically agreed Shopify theme defects. Each issue has a written reproduction path and acceptance condition. The target delivery is five business days after scope approval, required access, and the initial payment. Time awaiting customer input or platform access is excluded. Any change to scope requires written agreement.
AI delivery and permissions
AI agents perform implementation, checks and support; no human engineering review is included. We work with authorized theme code and the minimum access needed. Your store remains under your control. No live publication occurs without your written approval. We do not request customer exports, payment details, or passwords. Source may be processed by the AI tools used to provide the service; do not provide information you are not authorized to share.
Payment and acceptance
The pilot price is $995 for the first two paid projects; the standard sprint price is $1,495. The agreed quote specifies any applicable tax. Half is due after scope agreement and half after delivery is accepted against the agreed checks. Each defect has an agreed share of the price. Acceptance must be explicit and in writing; silence is not acceptance. An advance payment does not waive your right to raise a failure to meet the written scope.
Cancellation and repairs
Cancel before work starts for a full refund. If cancelled after work starts, payment is retained only for completed, accepted work identified in the agreed scope; unearned amounts are refunded. If we cannot deliver an agreed item, its unearned allocation is refunded unless you approve a replacement scope. Regressions caused by our changes and reported within seven calendar days of our publication are repaired without an additional fee. For draft-only delivery or publication delayed at your request, that period starts at written acceptance; publication timing is agreed then.
Limits
The service does not promise sales growth, search rankings, security assurance, or legal or accessibility compliance. Testing is limited to the browsers, viewports, and paths listed in the delivery report. Third-party apps and Shopify platform behavior may require separate vendors or permissions. We will identify those limits before accepting dependent work.
Inquiry privacy
The form prepares text locally and opens a draft in your email app. It does not send automatically or save form entries on this website. You choose whether to send the email; the prepared text is also available to copy. Send a public storefront URL and a short description only. Do not send confidential code, passwords, access tokens, customer records, or payment details.
Inquiries are received through Google Gmail and reviewed using OpenAI AI tools to assess fit and respond. Their applicable data policies govern provider processing and retention. We do not claim zero retention, a particular data residency, or enterprise privacy controls. Before any private code or store access, we will supply the actual processing notice and obtain separate authorization. This website uses no advertising pixels or analytics scripts; the hosting provider may keep security and access logs. Contact the email above for privacy or deletion requests; any response will distinguish records under our control from provider retention and records we must retain.
